1972 Trojan F31 Flybridge Cruiser, Sale or Trade.
Length: 31ft 4in, Beam: 11ft 9in, Draft: 24 in, Weight: 10,500 lbs.
Both engines run great with new carburetors and electronic ignition.
Boat is in the water and ready to use while you perform some fixup and maintenance.
A very roomy boat both inside and out. Nice, wide walk-arounds not available on most modern boats.
A great riding boat - handles seas well.
On a 150 mile trip I got 13.5 gals/hr total with a combo of planing and cruising.
Shore power
(2) 60 gallon gas tanks.
45 gal water tank (new).
Large cockpit, new cockpit seats.
Much documentation, wiring diagrams, and original bill of sale.
Bimini top missing one support pole.
Small semi-soft spot on deck at the bow and a little in the cockpit. Can be fixed with GitRot or similar resin filling process. Can still be easily walked on.
Drivable from both helms. Some of the gauges in the flybridge helm don't work.
Topside surfaces have numerous spider web cracks which appear to be only in the paint. These can be fixed but will require some work.
Engines: Twin Chrysler 318's each 225 hp.
VHF with new antenna.
Hailer / Intercom - only foghorn works.
Fish finder / Depth Gauge.
Sleeps 6; 2 in Vberth, 2 in convertible dinette, sofa converts to 2 bunk beds.
Many windows for great view of surroundings.
AC/Heat unit but its water pump doesn't work.
Hot/Cold water piping, no hot water heater, pressurized shore water.
Electric head with shower.
Galley with electric stove, refrigerator.
Cushions for couch and dinette are in good condition, v-berth needs some attention.
Lots of storage cabinets.
This really is a good quality boat and if you invest some time in it, it will provide many more years of service and fun.
