Factory 16K BTU Marine AC, you can turn the cabin into an ice box in 2 hours when the temp outside is at 100. 4 KW Onan Generator with Fresh Water Cooling and High lift water muffler, very quiet. Only 129 hours. Twin 305 Chevrolet, 228 HP Mercruisers, 536 HP total. Its not bad on fuel and very fast 30 MPH cruise at 3200 RPM. 400 hours. ......... Mercruser outdrives just gone through, with new seals and impellers. Hull topsides sanded with 600 grit to remove all oxidation and clear coated .
......Bow pulpit, swim platform and dive ladder….. . Outdrives painted with Interlux, Trilux 33. Botom sanded to barrier coat and two coats of new bottom paint . New full Canvas and Glass. Upgraded to hydraulic steering. Original power steering pumps removed, so no pumps to maintain , Good weekend live aboard or condo for the Keys, Sleeps 6, Galley, Head and shower, front and aft berth. Halon fire suppression in engine room, search light, windless, new batteries, Guest automatic battery charger. Head, stand up shower, with macerator Y valve and pump out fitting.. Fresh water system with 50 gal water storage, electric water heater and heat exchanger off engine. Microwave, coffee pot. depth / fish finder.
