Engine access from Deck as well as Salon. All the desirable options including Generator, 2-Zone Reverse Cycle AC/Heat, Windlass, Central Vac, Tel/TV Hookup, Sirus Satalite Radio, 6 Disc Changer, and even a Maryland Fishing License for the Chesapeake and Tributaries. Accomodations:
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: Enter from the cockpit thru the curtained sliding door and down 3 steps to the interior with the Convertible Dinette to starboard and the Convertible Settee across to port which converts to sleeping accommodations for 2. Forward next to port is the spacious Head with separate enclosed shower stall, Vacuflush Toliet, Sink and entry from both the Salon and Master Stateroom. Across to starboard is the Galley with wood Pergo floor and black granite countertop, 2 Burner Stove, full size Refrigerator/Freezer, Stainless Sink, Microwave/Convection Oven and Coffemaker. Abundant storage both under and over the work surface. Next forward is the Master Stateroom with Centerline Queen Berth with storage below and 2 hanging lockers plus a locker with built-in shelves. There is an overhead hatch in the Master Stateroom and also in the Salon plus 2 Opening Portlights, one over the Galley and one in the Head. The interior is tastefully decorated in Tan Ultraleather upholstery on the Dinette and Sofa, Beige Carpet, Cherrywood solids and veneer accents. Additionally, there are curtains on both windows and drapes on the entrance door for complete privacy, Custom Pillows, 2 sets of Linens and upgraded bedding. Molded steps on both sides of the cockpit provide access to the Bridge area, with its rear bench seat, bench seats port and starboard with storage underneath, and dual Helm Seats with 360 degree pivot. Moving to the foredeck there is an additional built-in bench seat with removeable backrest leading to more storage and a snap-in bow Sun Pad. The Bridge has full canvas/eisenglas enclosure plus a full bridge over with pole supports and vent caps. There is snap-in Berber Carpet for the bridge as well as the lower Cockpit area.
