She was handmade with care and painted to show off her beauty. She has had a few upgrades since 1957. 2 years ago she had back to back seats hand crafted from pine and made with red water proof seat cushions that are removable. She can seat 6. She is equipped with a stirring wheel so she can be driven from the front. She still has her original motor (1957 Evinrude 2-stroke 18hp) that starts right up and has been reliable each and every time she has been asked to perform. The Evinrude was tuned up at Harvey Marine last year and her gas tank was converted from a pressurize metal gas tank to the traditional style (the motor now sucks up the gas instead of the gas being pressurize up the hose – Must safer!). Her trailer is painted red and white to match her beauty. 5 years ago her hull was re-lined with fiberglass and wood and repainted. Last year, guides were added to the trailer to provide easy loading and unloading. She comes with 4 life preservers, Minn-kota trolling motor that moves her around all day, 2 batteries (1 deep cycle), 2 red boat cushions, black water proof boat cover, 1 7/8” tow-ball, anchor, ropes, 4 bumpers, 6 gl gas tank and Evinrude oil. Unfortunately she can’t move with us and I would to see her tarped and left in a field. She is real stable and perfect for the local lakes.
