Presently shrink wrapped/winterized and stored with zippered access in Toronto.

Brand New custom Sunbrella Canvas/eisenglass windows with large vent/window in Captain's Navy installed late in 2010 season.
Entire boat gutted/renovated using top of the line materials.
New vinyl upholstery throughout, stainless steel and mirror treatments. Very spacious, clean and dry.

All unused space converted to storage compartments with easy access panels during renovations.
Extra ottoman style seating with storage slide easily under the dining table in the galley.
