Helsen 22 Sailboat. Three sails, fully functional boat and no serious defects. Swing keel and draws only 16 inches with keel retracted. Has a 1997 Nissan 9.8 hp electric start outboard with only 10 hours on the motor (lower unit and propeller damaged when tire blew out on trailer). Has a battery driven trolling motor with few hours on it new in 2007. Inflatable dingy, all boat safety assessories. Nice economical family weekender boat. Sleeps two adults and three childern. Note: my sister says the tires are flat on the boat trailer but I do not know if they just need air or new tires to get the boat home.
