My Sharona has spent most of her life in brackish water on the Chesapeake Bay and is currently in fresh water on Lake Michigan since 2007. She is dry stored on the hard, framed, covered and winterized in October and splashed around mid May with new bottom paint every year. The teak interior features beautifully executed joinery with a teak and holly sole and abundant storage space in lockers, drawers and 3 cedar lined closets. The 2 private staterooms and roomy salon will sleep 6 owners and guests and has one private head w/ shower. All of the cushions throughout the vessel have been updated and make the interior warm and cozy. There is also a new set of cockpit cushions covered in navy blue with red piping to accent the interior. The teak decks are in very good condition and provide a non-slip sure footed surface when wet. The present owners maintain and upgrade the boat as necessary and keep her in sail away condition. This Cheoy Lee Pedrick will provide the new captain and crew a capable blue water cruiser ready to take on the oceans in comfort and safety.

Entering from the comfortable cockpit and down the companionway steps, find the navigation desk all the way aft to port followed by the U-shaped galley. Across to starboard is the aft stateroom w/ double berth, hatch, opening port, cedar lined hanging locker w/ automatic lights and privacy door followed by the head with separate entrance to the aft stateroom with SS sink, mirror, cabinets, toilet and hand held shower head. Moving forward is the roomy salon with port & starboard settees w/ storage behind the cushions, storage cabinets and a drop leaf dining table in between. Continuing forward is the V-berth stateroom with twin cedar lined hanging lockers, shelves, pocket privacy door and access to the anchor locker. My Sharona sleeps 2 in the aft stateroom, 2 in the V-berth and 1 on each settee for a total of 6 owners and guests.
