Well maintained and continually updated. Low engine hours, recent wax and bottom paint. Upgrades include newer batteries, bimini, dodger, filler, chart plotter, auto pilot, depth, awi, speed instruments networked by Raymarine, heat and AC, electric head, water pumps. Newer generator with less than 100 hours. Microwave. Clean interior and exterior. Floating dock also available in secure marina. Dinghy and outboard also available. Photos and complete equipment list available upon request. Boat kept on Chesapeake Bay until 2010.
