East Carolina University originally owned and was retrofitting it for research. They lost funding and was sold. Has been sitting for years. Bottom needs sanding/painting. Hull above water line needs to be restored. Gelcoat needs repair on gunnels. Holes in the floor from retrofitting need repair. Fuel and hydraulic lines probably need replacing. John Deere inline 6-cylinder Diesel Engine needs a new turbo. Guessing to pay someone to fully restore, 30-40,000 but it's a guess.
