1980 Sumerset Houseboat
1980 14 feet x 48 feet Sumerset Houseboat
Replaced the Universal Joints in the lower unit in 2013
Majestic Yachts Company remove the roof and put new wood in back in 2012
Plus, also ArmorThane the roof instead of Gel Coat and ArmorThane on the deck
ArmorThane has a 15 Year Life span
New doors and windows also installed
Completely remodeled the interior with new floating floor front to back
New Sink and Cabinets in the kitchen and bath
The bath also has a new Shower and Commode installed
New Paneling front to back and new flat screen TV included
Also includes a gas stove and refrigerator
Both Boots replaced along with the Gimbal bearing in 2007
The 140 Horsepower Inboard MerCruiser engine has also been rebuilt and it has around 30 hours on it now
The original Kohler generator will also included
200.0 gallons of Hot Water Holding tank and 100.0 gallon of Waste Water Holding tank
