1985 Catalina 36' Sailboat ( no trailer included). Sailboat is in overall pretty good shape. Inboard 35 hp Yanmar engine runs with no apparent leaks and has 2091.6 hours on it. Main Sail and Jib are both onboard, condition is unknown. A/C unit works. Navigation lights will need repair. Forward and aft berthing. VHF radio, tv, radio, and refrigerator all work. Shower and head are onboard condition is unknown. Wall by dining table will need repaint or stained. Chart table area. Plenty of storage. Base access required; however buyer may arrange for access with MWR staff weekday 0830-1700.
SF-97 will be issued for titling. Sold as is where is. Buyer is responsible for removal. Removal is by appointment only, and no assistance will be available during removal. Condition: fair. Dimensions L 36x W 12x H 50 feet. Condition: Fair Dimensions: L36.00 X W12.00 X H50.00 Feet
