This is a one owner,New England vessel. Very well maintained and cared for.
**NOTE: RUDDER,KEEL AND MAST HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR TRANSPORT
Boat is equipped with3staterooms and2 bathrooms.
Cockpit full beam allows use of custom console complete w/mechanical steering, electronics space and twin fold down tables.Storage bin w/drink holders. Hand-rubbed teak wood and exceptional leather fabrics-through out,with abundant storage.Lots of ventilation and natural lighting. Dinette is cozy for two yet large enough. Force 10 marine propane stove and oven.Origo microwave oven. Refrigerator and freezer are dual opening. Island style sink makes clean up a breeze. Recessed trash bin.Nice open salon for entertaining with a Sansui AC/DC VCR. Forward of the navigation station is comfortable twin seating and a convertible cocktail table.
The forward master stateroom is large, comfortable and airy and will permit a great night's sleep on inner-spring mattresses.Twin hanging lockers and ample drawers.
Forward master head is roomy and has plenty of storage. The master shower is separate from the head, permitting privacy at all times and a drop down seat for comfort. The aft head with shower permits easy access from the salon of the aft state room.
Windlass is recessed allowing capability of handling2anchors simultaneously on a dual off set roller.Propane lockers are self-draining on starboard and port making it safe, practical and convenient.There is a cockpit arch to attach the Bimini and keep adjustable traveler up and out of the way.
