The good:
2003 Tracker Party Cruiser 32' pontoon; enclosed helm, heat/air conditioning, stand-up shower, chemical toilet, two burner dual fuel stove, sink with separate water tank, in-line 4 cylinder Mercruiser engine with I/O drive, seals replaced on I/O drive two years ago, spare prop, towels, dishes, silverware, 25 gallon fuel tank, hydraulic trim, full instrument panel, all work as should, 4 channel stereo, LED lights, aft convenience light, compact fluorescent ceiling lights, dual 12V batteries with switch, gas grill, good upholstery on bow replaced within last few years, inside upholstery needs good cleaning, upholstery supplies to finish interior included, carpet in good shape, front & rear awnings, custom trailer with two 3000 pound axles, good radial tires + spare & electric over hydraulic brakes, electric anchor winch included, never installed on boat, slide attaches to roof and port side; lots of fun for children of all ages, can deliver within reasonable distance of Nashville, TN. We bought this boat in 2010 from a liquidator and therefore do not know the number of hours on the engine. We've never had any engine or drive train trouble with the boat; it's been very reliable. Clear registration in hand and title for the trailer, ca$h only, no trades, SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
The bad:
The vinyl siding is cracking and bubbling in places which is a common defect on these boats. I've acquired a supply of high quality replacement wall panels and plan to do the work in July.
The upholstery is showing it's age. I've been replacing it over the last few years but the job is incomplete. I have the materials for the job and will include them in the sale of the boat.
The paint on the trailer is flaking in places. It's an easy repair for anyone who wants to do it.
Reason for sale: We've had unexpected expenses and would like to liquidate the boat to resolve those expenses.
