The MacGregor 2010 26M is quick, stable, responsive, and is the fastest and best handling of any of the trailerable sailing boats. It has been lovingly maintained with a spotless interior galley, and new bottom paint was applied in 2019. This boat has always been in fresh water. The 26M offers high speed powering without compromising sailing performance, providing the peace and quiet of sailing, or the fun of powering at over 22 mph. Enjoy the quiet serenity of moving along under sail or maneuver easily as a powerboat with the Tohatsu 50 HP 4 stroke engine. The long, deep and retractable dagger board keeps the boat from sliding sideways when sailing into the wind. This boat is low maintenance, as well, with anodized aluminum rigging, stainless steel hardware, and a fiberglass hull. The 55 HP Tohatsu 4 stroke outboard has been recently tuned and runs great! A specially designed water ballast makes its planing hull self-righting, but light enough to tow behind a suitable Truck or SUV. This boat includes both a furling main sail and 130% furling genoa sail. Additional features include a Bimini Top, 2 deep cycle batteries, low hours on the 50 HP Tohatsu engine, and comes with a single-axle galvanized trailer w/spare tire.
