The boat was purchased in 2003 in Gloucester Va, where it was hauled and the bottom was stripped down to bare fiberglass, 6 coats of Interlux barrier coat and 2 coats of VC Offshore were applied. Since then, it has been hauled a total of three more times, each having sanded and another coat of VC Offshore applied. Minor blistering found each time[ less than 10 blisters total, the size of pencil erasers.] This last haul, no blisters were found. One 3yr old AGM battery, 2 2speed lewmar self tailing genoa winches, as well as 2 single speed spinnaker winches. The mast is decked stepped with a custom made deck plate underneath it to which all turning blocks are fastened. All lines led aft to cockpit. Two single speed winches on coach roof with multiple line clutches. The deck needs painting but no soft spots anywhere. The starboard port lite leaks and needs rebidding. The exterior teak needs refinishing and one teak piece on the port winch deck need replacing. the companion boards are split, cupped and needs replacing as well as the up right trim on the companionway. The new teak lumber needed to do the job goes with the boat. The blower motor needs new brushes, but I purchased a new blower motor that needs to be installed. Anchor, binoculars, drogue, bottom scrubber, 2 fire extinguishers, flare gun, multiple life jackets are all included. Flares are out of date. Boat needs hauling out and bottom clean and painted. The boat has seen little use since 2009 at which time I purchased a larger boat.
