For sale is our 1984 Canadian Sailcraft CS36T. Well maintained and upgraded, all systems ready to go as we full time cruised her for 4 years from Maine through the Bahamas. Elder family care forces sale. New rigging, dodger, bimini, sail pack, windlass, sanitation hose, exhaust elbow, driveshaft, stuffing box, coupling, prop, lower rudder gudgeon bearing, etc., etc.
A sturdy, comfortable boat has taken great care of us offshore on all passages including 4 cape Hatteras passages and another 800-mile mid-Bahamas to Beaufort run.
Delivery anywhere US east coast from Maine to the Bahamas negotiable.

Engine / Drive:
Westerbeke W33 United hours. We have a detailed logbook and have run engine 566 hours in 5 years and 18k nm. Good compression and regular serviced filters and valve adj. new exhaust elbow (316SS) and exhaust wet tubing. New (2017) freshwater pump. Rebuilt
(2018) raw water pump.
New coupling, cutlass bearing, stuffing box and tube, driveshaft, and prop. Replaced to solve length issue with old two-blade folder to
Campbell sailer 3 blades fixed.
Electrical:
Garmin GPS
Tack tick depth / speed / temp. Wind angle and speed. Masthead anemometer new (2021)
All lighting led
480w solar panel linked to MidNite solar MPPT controller.
House bank (2) T105 @225Ah plus start batt. Switch
Cabin:
Cabin sole refinished (2019)
New main hatch, forehatch registered.
Pressure hot and cold Water
All potable plumbing replaced with pax (2020)
All sanitation hose replaced
35g holding tank with provision for dockside pump-out or offshore.
Raw water foot pump at the galley.
3 burner seaward hill range
Etc:
Maxwell RC8 windlass, 150’ G4 5/16 with 100’ 3 strands, Rocna Vulcan #45lb, genuine Bruce 35# also available if wanted.
Ruder removed when driveshaft was replaced. New packing in ruder stuff box, and new lower bearing replaced.
