Burrard Iron Works built H6VA Windlass manufactured to ABS standard for 38 mm chain. All information in this listing was obtained from the manufacturer and there are no decals, plates or other identifying information on the unit. Apparently unit was custom built in 1991 but seems to be unused. strongly suggest viewing before bidding.
