This vehicle comes with a notarized “Affidavit of Loss / Release of Interest” form signed by the owning agency. If you would like to title this vehicle in Washington State, the “Affidavit of Loss / Release of Interest” and the Bill of Sale will be sufficient to transfer ownership at a Department of Licensing location.
For buyers living outside of Washington State, please check with your State’s Department of Licensing office for instructions regarding the registration and transfer of ownership of vehicles without a Title prior to bidding.
