1993 Cruiser Yacht for sale. Only one previous owner. It is currently located at Cabrillo Isle Marina slip # A41. The slip is transferable upon meeting the requirements of the marina. The vessel may be viewed during operational hours of the marina, however there is no one on site to allow entry into the vessel. Vessel runs great, no major mechanical or electrical problems. Topside Accommodation:
Full forward is an anchor platform with a single anchor roller and anchor .There is a single stainless steel bow pulpit with stainless steel rails running aft. Mounted on the bow pulpit is a large stainless steel spotlight. On the deck, forward, is an anchor locker with an electric windlass. Aft of the anchor locker is a flush is acrylic hatch followed by two lounging pads. To port and starboard of the lounging pads are two addition opening acrylic hatches. The deck then slops upward to a windshield that opens in the center. The deckhouse has stainless steel handrails are fixed and sliding windows, port and starboard. There are four stainless steel opening ports in the hull, two on each side. The steering stations is covered by a bimiini that attaches to the windshield forward and to a fiberglass arch at the aft end. A second bimini covers the cockpit from the arch aft. Mounted on the arch are the radar and GPS antennas. The steering station is to starboard and has a padded helm seat, hydraulic wheel steering, engine controls, engine guages, a VHF radio, a GPS, a depth sounder/fish finder, radar, inverter panel and compass.
Just aft of the helm seat is an L shaped settee. Two steps down is the cockpit with engine access, additional sette and multiple storage lockers. There is a sliding window in the forward end of the cockpit to provide ventilation and light to the aft cabin. Mounted on the arch are two cockpit lights and stereo speakers. The aft starboard side of the cockpit has a sliding door to allow access to the swim step, which has a fold down stainless steel ladder.
Below Decks:
Below and full forward is an offest double berth to starboard with a shelf above, port and starboard, drawers under the berth, a flat screen TV to port and a small mirrored hanging locker to port. Moving aft to starboard is a dinette with storage above and below. To port is the galley with a double stainless steel sink, 2 burner propane stove top, microwave oven, and cabinets and drawers below. At the aft end of the galley is a stand up refrigerator freezer. Across from the refrigerator to starboard is the head with an electric toilet, fiberglass sink, hand shower, mirror, shelves and a locker below. Full aft, under the steering station, is a double berth with cabinets above.
CONSTRUCTION:
The hull is solid laminated fiberglass with balsa coring in high load areas. Decks are cored fiberglass. The deckhouse is cored fiberglass. Thru hulls are bronze with bronze and stainless steel ball valves.
The interior joinery is solid wood and laminate. The floowring is fiberglass with carpeting. Bulkeads are plywood. The stringers are fiberglass and plywood. The three deck hatchs are acrylic and the four opening ports are stainless steel and acrylic.
