Frers 42 Custom Sailboat

Rare aluminum hull Frers 42’ ocean racer sailboat, built in 1977 to IOR rules. Great ocean sailboat, very stable and will heave-to in heavy weather. Interior requires finishing and engine requires reconditioning. The hull and deck are constructed of curved ¼ inch aluminum sheet on aluminum frames creating an incredibly strong hull; with added lightning safety, and radar reflecting features. The sailing gear includes; 11 headsails and one mainsail, boom with boom vang, spinnaker pole with spinnaker sheets etc. The folding bronze prop. reduces drag and also enhances tacking ability against the wind.
