Reduced another $5,000.00 22 December!
The owner has moved off-island, has no intention to return and wants to sell, bring offers!!!
A classic Hatteras, one of their most popular designs with full beam aft stateroom, large salon and inviting aft deck.
This classic Hatteras design comes equipped with dependable 3208 Cat diesels with less than 2,500 total hours. The engines were totally rebuilt in the USA in 2011 at a cost of over $40,000; just 300 hours since rebuild. She features a nice galley with full size refrigerator, 3 burner electric stove. The entire boat is air conditioned with two separate units. Fully enclosed aft deck (new, 2016) is perfect for entertaining and the aft master stateroom is spacious, featuring a queen size walk-around bed and en-suite head and shower. A good, solid, well respected yacht, perfect for a winter "condo" and as a comfortable option for cruising around the Bay Islands of Honduras, Belize, Guatemala and on up to the Mexican Riviera.
This boat has been neglected for the last 3 years (except for the engines and genset which are run 3-4 times per month and serviced regularly) and it shows. She will need some relatively minor but fairly extensive cosmetic work including new canvas and isinglass on the bridge.
If you have further interest please let me know and I will email photos of the areas requiring attention.
Interior and photos at the dock are from December, 2020, haul out photos are from late 2017.
In October, 2017: Hull stripped to bare glass, primed and painted, no blisters!
She needs some cosmetic work but is priced accordingly, 10's of thousands below others on the market.
Engine Inspection Including Compression Testing, 30 April 2021
NOTE: This boat is in Roatan, Honduras
